Lledo Tanker

Oops, time flies and I've done two updates on Facebook and nothing on this blog. But I've got a question.
Does anybody know what Make and Model this Lledo Tanker represents?  They don't do generic castings so its gotta be something.  If you know, let me know. If you don't, then enjoy the picture. :)
